The 2016 West Rouge Family Day, at the West Rouge Community Center, Sept 17 2016, was not the stellar sunny day we expected. In fact it rained, at times, like cats and dogs. Still, for those that stuck around it was a log of fun. We did balloons, stickers, magic, jokes and smiles, both inside and outside.
Turning frowns upside down, we are the Scarborough Corp of Clowns.
